Delete your ePlan account

How to request it

   Send an email to [email protected] from the address you registered with, with the subject “Delete my account”.

   We will reply to confirm that you are the account holder.

3. 3

   We will delete your account within 30 days at most and let you know when it is done.

What is deleted

• Your profile: name, email, phone, photo and preferences.
• Your sessions and signed-in devices.
• Your likes, comments, uploaded photos, follows and favorites.
• Your conversations with organizers.

What we must keep

• Purchase receipts, invoices and payments, for the period required by tax and consumer laws (up to 10 years).
• Attendance records the event organizer needs as the party responsible for their own event.
• The minimum information needed to prevent fraud or respond to legal claims.
